To access the full functionality of the 5n777 Platform, including the placement of bets, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account at any time. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

Registration Requirements

Account Verification (KYC)

5n777 may, at any time, require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include the submission of a government-issued photographic identification document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of account functionality, including the ability to withdraw funds.

All KYC documentation submitted to 5n777 is processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes and will not be disclosed to unauthorised third parties.

Deposits

Funds may be deposited into your 5n777 account using any of the supported payment methods currently available on the Platform, which include but are not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 5n777 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. No bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except to the extent that wagering requirements have been met and withdrawal conditions are satisfied.
• 5n777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus at any time where there is a reasonable suspicion of abuse, exploitation, or fraud in connection with the bonus.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Players who open duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all accounts suspended and all bonus funds forfeited.

Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds and any associated free spins will expire 30 days from the date of issue if the applicable wagering requirement has not been met within that period. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account without notice.

5n777 reserves the right to alter the terms of any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is subject to a fixed end date, 5n777 will use reasonable endeavours to honour that end date, but reserves the right to terminate the promotion early in cases of error, fraud, or technical failure.
